​​Emma is a Specialist in the investigation of corporate fraud, bribery and corruption, internal threats and third party procurement fraud. 

 

Emma is an Accredited Counter Fraud Specialist (ACFS) with years of experience investigating complex corporate fraud investigations across FCA regulated firms and in domestic and international markets.

 

Her focus is on conducting evidence based inquiries, applying advanced investigative techniques and supporting businesses with effective fraud prevention strategies including the Economic Crime & Corporate Transparency Act 2023 (ECCTA) Failure to Prevent Fraud. 

 

Her work has contributed to significant financial recoveries using the most appropriate strategies to obtain financial recoveries or preparing robust cases for civil proceedings.
